We, EOS – world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Global Sales Excellence team in Krailling (remote / hybrid working possible).


Aufgaben

You will be globally responsible for our EOS Sales Enablement Programs, ensuring that our sales staff have effective tools and resources at their disposal, training and practicing a consistent sales process, and thus contribute to the success and growth of the company.

Profil
  • You define and implement training programs both to induce new sales employees and to strengthen the skills and knowledge of our existing sales employees.
  • In close cooperation with the sales organization, you regularly clarify requirements and develop tailor-made training concepts on your own responsibility.
  • Based on the training concepts, you introduce new training methods, select suitable trainers or online formats and ensure the sustainability of the training by appropriate evaluation.
  • You will develop the training content together with relevant specialist areas, such as product development, service organisation and marketing. Your task is to consolidate and reflect on the contents (product and process knowledge) from the different areas.
  • In addition, you ensure the sales team always has access to up-to-date and relevant resources and implement content management tools to efficiently organize and deliver sales content.
  • Implementing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of training and sales support, as well as conducting regular analyses to identify trends and identify areas for improvement are also part of your responsibility.

Wir bieten
  • Completed studies in economics / engineering, social sciences or similar education
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, service or personnel development in an industrial company
  • Conceptual, methodological and didactic knowledge in the field of training products, e. g. face-to-face training, e-learning training, blended learning formats
  • Technology affinity and understanding of additive manufacturing as well as product know-how are advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of English, German is highly advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
